Boycott AT&T Wireless
This is the best way I know how to get a message out to everyone I know, and perhaps even some I don't. Please boycott AT&T Wireless. It's for your own good.
Although my two-year stint as an AT&T customer was fairly routine, the end of it has been messy. I don't feel the need to bore everyone with details, but suffice to say they lied to me, deceived me, attempted to trick me into a deal that would incur extra charges, passed me around, and threatened to send a collection agency after me. They are trying to charge me for services I never received simply because they think they should. Trust me--I've had contract law. I'm right and they're wrong.
And tell all your friends.

Comments:
I switched to Sprint because Shelly's contract was still running, and my contract with AT&T expired. We're happy with them, though they have given us a few human errors in our billing that they immediately take care of when we bring it to their attention.
