Parenting Question
Is it wrong of me to secretly enjoy the fact that my poor daughter is teething? See, she's even cuter than normal when she cries about it, and when she gets really, really sad, she snuggles up close and just lies on me, which she never does when she's feeling great. It's a very rewarding parenting experience to just hold her and comfort her when she's feeling sad. I feel selfish about that, but what can I do?
Comments:
I don't know if it's wrong or not-- but I remember not feeling too bad when my first child got an ear infection and I had to hold her nearly all day. The problem comes when you've got 2 or 3 and said others don't want you to hold the first all of the time. Enjoy it while you can!!
