Yet Another Distraction
Great. Just what I need as I close in on the end of the billable year and try to be more efficient at the office so as to deserve a bonus. Eric Snider has announced that his "Snide Remarks" column--including the complete archives--is now free. If you also went to BYU at the time I did, you'll remember his snarky humor column from the Daily Universe. Well, for the last two and a half years or so, "Snide Remarks" has been subscription-only, and though I quite enjoy Eric's humor, I've been too cheap to pay for it, relying only on his movie reviews. Now I have two and a half years worth of weekly columns tempting me at every break in my train of thought, right at my fingertips. I'll never get any work done now. Sounds like my decision not to subscribe to "Snide Remarks" won't end up saving me money after all.
